Yes. Grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing are included in the quoted total. Chef David Paul sources fresh from Honolulu farmers markets and local fish purveyors. Premium ingredient substitutions such as wagyu, live lobster, or truffles may carry additional fees, which are named upfront in the quote, never as a surprise after the fact.
The quote is the quote. Service staff, where needed, are built into the total, not a surprise add-on. Taxes are not included. Gratuity is at the client's discretion.
